ExtremeV - unprofessional and thieves

I trusted ExtremeV to complete a second job for me and paid everything as required upfront. The first job I did with them went well enough. The second job was in 2 parts and 2 months apart. As a returning customer, I was happy to settle as I trusted them to complete the second part of the job as promised. Boy was I wrong. On the day they are supposed to complete, never mind that I called them the day before to check that everything was on track, they send their team with the wrong instructions and then say that I must pay extra for them to complete the job. When I explain that I paid for everything and rather than get even more miscommunication, they should rather refund me the portion of the work they did not complete only to be shouted and screamed at by a company representative. I believe his name is Gideon. Telling me I must forget and I will not be refunded as it cost him petrol for his guys to come out when in fact, he got the instructions wrong. The level of unprofessionalism in screaming at a client, was astounding. This company is unprofessional. Sending a team out not knowing what their job is. They are also thieves as they have not refunded me for work not done. They are happy to take your money and do only half a job. DON’T TRUST THEM!
