Fantasic and incredible service

ExtremeV - unprofessional and thieves
I trusted ExtremeV to complete a second job for me and paid everything as required upfront. The first job I did with them went well enough. The second job was in 2 parts and 2 months apart. As a returning customer, I was happy to settle as I trusted them to complete the second part of the job as promised. Boy was I wrong. On the day they are supposed to complete, never mind that I called them the day before to check that everything was on track, they send their team with the wrong instructions and then say that I must pay extra for them to complete the job. When I explain that I paid for everything and rather than get even more miscommunication, they should rather refund me the portion of the work they did not complete only to be shouted and screamed at by a company representative. I believe his name is Gideon. Telling me I must forget and I will not be refunded as it cost him petrol for his guys to come out when in fact, he got the instructions wrong. The level of unprofessionalism in screaming at a client, was astounding. This company is unprofessional. Sending a team out not knowing what their job is. They are also thieves as they have not refunded me for work not done. They are happy to take your money and do only half a job. DON’T TRUST THEM!

Company charged for decking that was never agreed on or installed
Be very careful – we got scammed by this company. Gideon added on an extra portion of deck that was not agreed upon – about 8 square metres – and then after we pointed this out to him and insisted that he keep to the agreed plan he refused to work with us or adjust his invoice and charged us extra anyways, and then threatened us when we insisted on paying for what was actually built.

Excellent service and competitive rates
<p>Thank you to ExtremeV for their very fast and efficient service.</p> <p>They were happy to supply us with numerous quotes while we customised our jungle gyms. We ended up paying late on a Friday afternoon, and the next day, Saturday morning they were at our house to install. By Saturday afternoon we had our new jungle gym. Almost couldn't believe how quickly it happened.</p>

Fast and professional

We paid late on Friday and Saturday morning they did the installation. Very fast, professional service, with competitive rates.</p> <p>We're very happy with the jungle gym.</p>
