After encountering difficulties obtaining a refund during my second visit to Shoe City Store in Mooi Rivier Mall, I decided to escalate the issue to their head office. Despite initial setbacks, I must commend the swift and professional intervention of the regional manager. Thanks to their prompt action, the matter was resolved satisfactorily, and I received the refund I was entitled to. This level of service is a testament to the commitment of Shoe City's middle management to uphold consumer rights and ensure customer satisfaction. Do not settle for the substandard service provided by the store staff!!
I purchased a pair of shoes on Friday, I wore them on Saturday when the sole inside had become detached. This is the third pair of shoes I purchased at Shoe City in Mooi Rivier Mall, Potchefstroom that failed shortly after purchase. I took the pair back to the store for a refund, but the *********** cashiers can not (rather do not want) provide a refund, they want to force me for an exchange which I do not want hence the substandard quality of their products.
Do not deal with Garnish.Tech. I ordered and paid for a cellphone cover and a screen protector on the 14th of April 2023. I provided them will all the required information in an accurate manner. The courier service they use had incorrect information for the delivery. Eventually, when I received the package, I only received the cellphone cover and not the screen protector. I emailed Garnish and notified them that the screen protector was not delivered. On Monday 17 April, I received correspondence from a consultant: "Kindly please note that there order was out of stock at the time we have sent an escalation to the warehouse to confirm if this is correct. If the warehouse confirms there was no stock you will be sent store credit and you will be able to place another order for the same order. We sincerely apologoze for the inconvenience." I received credit the following day to redeem, and I immediately reordered the screen protector. Once again I provided them with the accurate details, and the courier guy from Pargo once again had the incorrect information. It was April 20th and the package was delivered. AGAIN they sent me a cellphone cover and NOT the screen protector. The return process started on the 24th of April. What a frustration. First, they requested photos from all sides, and gain more photos once more. On May 8th the parcel was on its way to Garnish.tech. On May 15th the package was received at Garnish.tech. I still wait for credit - TAKE NOTE they won't do a refund - they can provide credit ONLY. My experience with Garnish.tech is none other than ***********, unprofessional, **** client service, especially non-existent after-sale service. Rather go to a store and buy products there.
