You ****med me money you made a debit on my account with my authority and when i want to dispute my money back it doesn't allow and I don't remember signing up for dress your tech please reverse my money as soon a possible

After I battled a month to get service out of Dress Your Tech, and after a furious fight with Capitec (Dress your Tech) is part of their loyalty program I am still not refunded after a month!!! Dress your tech’s newest story is that they refunded me on a gift card which I never agreed to. They all make promises that they will get back to you when you complain but they never do. Capitec says its not their problem…. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESS YOUR TECH!!! Its the worst service I got in my life from any company.

I had had a debit order leave my RCS account in exchange for voucher to the value of R500.000 from Dress your tech, this had been authorised by me, but here is where the problem lies, the monies went off my account and the only voucher number I had received was to the value of R102.00. I enquired with RCS and they suggested that I contact Dress My Tech for these voucher numbers, which rightfully is affiliated with me as I have paid for them. So, I had contacted this company last Friday, explained to them the situation from start, and each time I contact them via email or WhatsApp or telephonically, i am told that my query has been escalated. Its almost 1 week since I queried, I mean how hard can it be to provide me with vouchers that i have paid for which expires within a month after the bought. Is this ****.

After I cancelled my online item I purchased, I am still waiting 2 weeks later with not being refunded. The call centre staff keeps on saying they will phone you back but never does. Be careful of this company. I think they are a **** !!!

With regard to my previous review it did not stop there. I was contacted and they apologized stating that I will receive a voucher which never happened. If you not going to stick to your words rather don't bother I am very disappointed and will never refer anybody to them.

Most horrible experience ever. They affiliate with Telkom and sell Mobile Accessories. For order number 53966, I have requested a VAT invoice NUMEROUS times. We are heading towards a week, not response. The support desk keeps on apologizing and refers to the accounts department who does not respond. I am really unhappy. Month-end already passed - no invoice. Looking at other complaints it seems it is company culture.
