Wrong trade name and code

My name Bafaletse Mfisa, I just completed apprenticeship with Exxaro Coal Mine under their training centre Grovos Training Centre. My complain is with the trade name and trade code they gave my trade. I trained as a Plater(boilermaker) but my documents of training completion are stating that I am a welder. This trade is tailored for Exxaro only, the problem comes in when applying to other companies. Other companies refers to me as a welder while I am a Plater. It took me three(3) years to do this trade of which I find it difficult to use. I complained but Exxaro says there is nothing wrong with the certificate.
