Exxaro resources and baagi technology bad value's
I like show support to Mr Nogodlwana a security guard who was assaulted by Baagi Technology, a company contracted to Exxaro Resources.in any way representing Exxaro if they claim they are company of values why the hooligan who assaulted any innocent man is still working for the we call on Exxaro resources and Baagi Technology to fire to animal before he can kill his colleagues this really a bad picture a question is are you not doing background check before u hire here is ur animal attacked an innocent man what do u say

Work applications
I am never contacted with regards to online applications, even with the positions i know for a fact I qualify for. Not sure if the online system is not reading my CV correctly or not, I would appreciate if I can be contacted by HR person.

Wrong trade name and code
My name Bafaletse Mfisa, I just completed apprenticeship with Exxaro Coal Mine under their training centre Grovos Training Centre. My complain is with the trade name and trade code they gave my trade. I trained as a Plater(boilermaker) but my documents of training completion are stating that I am a welder. This trade is tailored for Exxaro only, the problem comes in when applying to other companies. Other companies refers to me as a welder while I am a Plater. It took me three(3) years to do this trade of which I find it difficult to use. I complained but Exxaro says there is nothing wrong with the certificate. Wrong trade name and code

Attitude is not good
We are a supplier, we were at Exarro (Kriel) today to market our company. At the gate the securit guards were friendly directed us to the Procument offices, when we arrived there, one of the offices thst were opened was the Supply chain Manager we then asked him where we can go for assistance he directed us to another office (friendly), we went there we found a lady who directed us to a lady by the name Thulu/Tsholo. Please we ask her management to guide/teach her a way to talk to people cause the way she spoke it was not good, we all human being we need to show respect to each other regardless of the office I'm in that doesnt change the fact that I'm a human being. Sis Tsholo said she cant help us she is working with middelburg and Hendrina, anywhere she is busy with something we must go back to those people that directed us to her that they must not send us to her anymore in a disrespective way. Lets respect each other people.
