I bought toys at Unimart store located in Secunda square, the problem is you can't open and see what is inside as they are not allowing that; at the same time they don't exchange. I bought toys yesterday when I arrived home I saw the quality of what was in the box is very very poor, I then decided to go and exchange they refused. They don't want to know the reason you are bringing it back. Who knows they want to get rid of it... Please be ware of that shop they are cheap but do not have customer care.
I went to Evander clinic and arrived at 7:25 am today 21/10/2021. They did all COVID-19 screening and St Dlamini started with blood pressure checking so quick little did I know that they are some clever people who will take us for granted. We or I waited for being attended whilst in front of me were only 11 people, as we were waiting we or I found out that the 2 ladies from the reception were busy taking people behind our backs because of favor of any kind which we don't know.. We leave our homes and arrive at clinic early so we can be attended and go back and do our c****s while other people are sleeping knowing they will be favoured and be attended before us all this is done by Thuliswa and another light in complexion lady by the reception. They go to the sisters and tell them that they been there for long whilst they just arrived.. They did it for man by the name Antony he's not even old Thuliswa and her friend went to Sister Gugu to ask her to attend him not knowing the man just arrived when I asked why Thuliswa said he's been there early when I asked the man he said he was there by 8; we can go to the clinic and check COVID-19 register the man was not in front of us.. The man even wanted to give me R5 when he came out every 1 saw him. Even sister Gugu who attended him was puzzled why he's now giving me when he arrived early... Please department of health teach the receptionist that when we arrive there we all need attention they mustn't take advantage of people, they mustn't b in favor of other people. That means if someone is sick he can die waiting for being attended.. How were they hired with such attitude and character? To their head matron please don't be in the office for long check out the patient s and your workers if they are working correct, I was at Evander Clinic from 7 to 12 whilst it's written 3 hours No no no.. please improve
Today as I was in a deli area at Shoprite Secunda plaza ( Shoprite close to Absa) I was disrespected and insulted by a female and male worker that said and laughed at me for " istaff sikaJoseph" the guy Joseph was working. Please Shoprite managers teach your employees manners, being small does not give them authority to talk as they wish. If they didn't had anything to say why don't they shut their mouths. I'm not happy about their behavior.
I bought an open view decoder on Saturday in Secunda mall Pep store, when I arrived home I tried to connect it, it showed me no channels. I then put everything back in the box...I don't know if I read well the slip (receipt) it says you can return everything in the package within 7 days and get your refund but when I went there today the 11th of December, the till operator called the person they report to ( I know her name but will keep it) and the lady told me that she won't do the refund I must take it and contact the call centre to come and help me connect, cause they are selling not connecting though I didn't ask for that I was there to take back. My question is why is it written that way on the slip as they do not do refunds? 2. Is it wrong to take back something that you don't want or its because it was open? Please help
We are a supplier, we were at Exarro (Kriel) today to market our company. At the gate the securit guards were friendly directed us to the Procument offices, when we arrived there, one of the offices thst were opened was the Supply chain Manager we then asked him where we can go for assistance he directed us to another office (friendly), we went there we found a lady who directed us to a lady by the name Thulu/Tsholo. Please we ask her management to guide/teach her a way to talk to people cause the way she spoke it was not good, we all human being we need to show respect to each other regardless of the office I'm in that doesnt change the fact that I'm a human being. Sis Tsholo said she cant help us she is working with middelburg and Hendrina, anywhere she is busy with something we must go back to those people that directed us to her that they must not send us to her anymore in a disrespective way. Lets respect each other people.
I went to Castle Mansion on Friday at 6pm to visit my sister, I gave them my ID as a visitor, a tall, light in complexion security told me to call my sister, I told him he must use an intercom course I know there is one. He firstly refused then i told him that last time the security that he is working with did that, thats when he used tge intercom. When he was done he told me that when i come next time i must call my sister myself, 1 thing i cannot do is to go all the way from Secunda to visit someone not knowing that i'm coming. It's not the first time the same security being rude to me/people visiting my sister. I request that you as City Property ask him what did my sister do to him to have such bad attitude towards us, he must be taught costumer service, he must not come with his issues to us.. Please its a request the old man is very rude. Help us !!!

We request the bus owner to think for other people because firstly the bus does not have air con or windows..2nd the bus attendants are rude and liars they don't have customer service can they be trained on public relations. on Friday 19th i boarded the bus @ 5pm as they said it depart @ 6pm but that was a lie/ missleading people on their confined space bus not knowing that they were some passangers that boarded @ 11 because they were told it was departing @ 12 but the bus left its garage at past 8 little did we know the bus was waiting for a passanger with more than 110 boxes that were packed in the bus where passangers were sitting till early past 9pm next to their garage. I deposited my money last month for 20days interest, when it was matured I did not get even a cent out of R1500 that I deposited. It is said that you receive your money with interest within 3days (72hrs) but its now 2 full weeks. I sent the deposit slip as it was mentioned and I sent 2 emails to their [Email Removed] address but till today I haven't got any response from them. The maturity date is 2 weeks back. Please advise how I can get my money back as their promises of another R1500 interest is a vain. Their investment is not professional. Please try your best when working with people when you really mean that you are investment company cos even my brother got half the other half is not paid.
I opened an account at Ghandi Square on the 13th, because my lunch time was over i didnt collect the card.On the 14th at 8:30am it happened that i was at Carlton Centre then i went in to Absa. I explained my story lady on teller 2 called the other on teller 3 they said they cant assist me i must go back to G S what makes me come to C Centre. i asked why cant she help sbe went to say go back to Ghandi S..Please teach them manners towards clients and to have valid answers.We not expecting such attitude in a bank like Absa
