This is the second time I ordered the exact same lenses and they did not have stock. Then they blame the supplier for not having stock. If you have a website that sells stuff, then you should have an inventory system that says the kind of lenses are not in stock. It should say that you will wait 2 weeks or four weeks if there is NO stock. I can then decide to take another brand that is in stock. My goodness... I need the stuff now. Not chit chatting about helping me in another way. Misleading advertising and now they sit with your money. Really! They first take your money and now they email you **** about step whatever is next. You can really improve on this. It is a HELL of an inconvenience. The last time I was about to go overseas and the same thing happened.
I was gonna give 1 star - when they have stock, you receive it in 2 to 3 days. And I am in an outlying area. So another star for that. Do better eyesupply. This is not service. This is TERRIBLE service. VERY disappointed!
