I am extremely unhappy with the service. I made full payment for contact lenses over a week ago and still have not received them. Despite this, my order keeps being delayed due to repeated rejection of my prescription.
The prescription was issued by a registered optometrist at Mellins and was corrected twice, each time specifically based on the feedback provided by this company. Even after these corrections, the prescription was still rejected with no clear resolution.
This back-and-forth after payment has been made is frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of clear guidance and the ongoing delays show poor customer service and a complete disregard for the customer’s time and money.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
