Very disappointing experience
I am extremely unhappy with the service. I made full payment for contact lenses over a week ago and still have not received them. Despite this, my order keeps being delayed due to repeated rejection of my prescription. The prescription was issued by a registered optometrist at Mellins and was corrected twice, each time specifically based on the feedback provided by this company. Even after these corrections, the prescription was still rejected with no clear resolution. This back-and-forth after payment has been made is frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of clear guidance and the ongoing delays show poor customer service and a complete disregard for the customer’s time and money. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Lying to customers and not enabling refunds
The company misrepresents stock availability on their website, only informing buyers that items are out of stock after the order has been paid. Their phone line does not work and they won't allow me to cancel my orders. Absolutely dishonest practices.

Terrible service and communication
The very first order I ever placed with this company was terrible. NO communication about back orders, sending me trial contact lenses that are not the correct brand and not letting me know this, despite phoning them 4 times to find out what is going on with this order. Shocking service altogether.

Bad delivery service.
The website has a good variety but the delivery takes forever. It's extremely frustrating. The courier they use sends emails for delivery and doesn't deliver on the days they say they would and takes more than a week to actually deliver.

Great, quick shipping and communication.
I ordered my contacts on Friday, expecting a long delay, but was pleasantly surprised when they shipped that same afternoon. They were delivered first thing Monday—just wonderful! I highly recommend them for all your contact lens needs. Keep in mind, not all lenses may be in stock, so it's best to check with them first. Overall, 5-star service!

Tantamount to *****!!!
Have ordered contacts from Eyesupply for the first and proabably last time. I ordered for delivery to be in Cape Town by Saturday and have been trying to track order on website with no response, eventually found an answer on WhatApp help that they are Awaiting stock from dupplier but thay took our money and confirmed delivery in 4 to 5 days - we will now have to make another plan - tantamount to *****!!!!!
