I have ordered products from Amazon South Africa for a while now. The last 2 orders that I places were delivered in good time. BUT! The first product had the main component missing - the packet had been sliced open and the working component was missing. The second product was sent as a totally different brand than what was ordered. It was broken and parts were missing. Yes - they do returns, but this means re-ordering from somewhere different and waiting for the newly ordered item to arrive. Not acceptable, Amazon.
The very first order I ever placed with this company was terrible. NO communication about back orders, sending me trial contact lenses that are not the correct brand and not letting me know this, despite phoning them 4 times to find out what is going on with this order. Shocking service altogether.
I struggled to come right with MWEB right from the start. At that point, somebody decided to cancel my order for Fibre without making contact with me to see if that is what they wanted (despite them having emailed me when I placed the order and knowing that that email address was the correct one). When I finally got that fixed (5-days-without-internet-while-working-from-home-later), I noticed that they had put two accounts onto the same username and have charged me 2X what they should have. I have tried to call about 7 times. It just rings off most times. Finally after waiting, 16 minutes for somebody in billing to answer the phone I explained my dilemma and the call got dropped. I cannot get hold of them again! Just to add insult to injury - this is NOT toll free number and nobody bothers to call you back to see if they can sort out your problem for you (despite your number being on the system).
These guys are quick, efficient and cheap. The best insurance I have experienced. And I don't mean just for pets...
I have just had 2 consultants put the phone down on me, after I sat waiting on hold for 20 minutes. I have a number attached to my account that I did not ask for. I have no idea how it got there. I asked them to remove this number in September of 2021 and it is still there. They then tried to offer me a device for the number - even though I don't even have a sim card for it. There is no valid reason for this number being on my account. And they are charging me for it. That is down right theivery.
