Bad Attitude! Bad Service!

I have been a loyal client to Eyetek Optometrists for about 15 years now... My optometrist is amazing at what she does, too bad she works at the Eyetek in Weltevreden though. Although her service is excellent and in no way can be faulted, the actual branch and personnel working there have a really bad attitude towards clients. Their level of service has drastically decreased over the years to a point of me struggling to purchase (yes that's right, I am wanting to give them business) contact lenses... When I eventually do get told that my contacts are ready for collection, the lady assisting me treated me like it was an effort for her to help me. Then I try order contacts for my Husband and they say they are not willing to assist me as my Husband didn't have his eye test done there but at another optometrist that is more convenient for him to get to? I am definitely not going to go back there! Hopefully my optometrist practices at a different practice as well so I can continue seeing her! But I want absolutely nothing to do with Eyetek Weltevreden Park anymore!
