I ordered contact lenses for my daughter on 07/01/2015. I started following up last week as I usually wait 3-4 days for an SMS to notify me that the lenses are ready for collection. Friday (06/02) three calls were made by myself with promises that I will be contacted. Yesterday two more calls. This morning I phoned again to be told that the lenses are not available and will only be in the second week of March. Unacceptable?!
