In Apr 2020 I signed a 2 year contract with Eyona Security Services for an alarm system on a rent to own basis. I was also put on the Hyyp App to monitor and manage the alarm system. In May 2022 I paid the last installment. I also sent proof of full payment to their rep. Earlier this month I was deleted from the app without any notice. I can now not monitor or manage my alarm in any way when I am not at home. Can I be assisted to be pur back on the HYYP app. I can still provide proof of full payment.
