I lodged a complaint at Nedbank on the 20th of March 2024 and the issue was resolved which they managed to reverse my money to Ezaga and a guy from Nedbank said I should call the Ezaga people and ask them to resend me a new voucher but when I call them they keep thing me I should wait to speak to an consult for more than 20 minutes when I send them an WhatsApp they are telling me that they have a lot of tickets since from Wednesday 20th of March 2024 till today the 22 March 2024 I have not received any money into my account or a new voucher and I really need that money for transport when the school reopens here are my contact numbers 0718161077
