NSFAS paid my money to eZaga, I have been calling, sending what's app and asking my college if the can assist with this bank paying my money. I cannot access the app as it says profile already exists and is active. This company does not care about students, I need technical help on the app and cannot get any assistance. Been starving for days waiting for my NSFAS funding.

This bank has the worst service ever, and its benefiting on the cost of students’ allowances. The app is nonsense, my password for the app can not be reset, I don’t know for what reasons and I have been calling and writing emails with no response!!

I lodged a complaint at Nedbank on the 20th of March 2024 and the issue was resolved which they managed to reverse my money to Ezaga and a guy from Nedbank said I should call the Ezaga people and ask them to resend me a new voucher but when I call them they keep thing me I should wait to speak to an consult for more than 20 minutes when I send them an WhatsApp they are telling me that they have a lot of tickets since from Wednesday 20th of March 2024 till today the 22 March 2024 I have not received any money into my account or a new voucher and I really need that money for transport when the school reopens here are my contact numbers 0718161077

have been trying to call this company since yesterday without winning. You will wait on the line for close to Hour or more, what hurt the most is that their landline is not a toll free you pay for that call but they fail to pick up the calls. when you are about to be first inline, the phone just went off. This is really bad service ever. Ezaga is useless!

have been trying to call this company since yesterday without winning. Ezaga is a useless company that Nsfas chose to use. Their app is useless when u try to call their call center you wait for more than an hour they don't pick up calls. This is frustrating because I called nsfas my money was allocated to ezaga but I haven't received any payments from ezaga can't even log in to my account.

Worst "banking app" known to man. The app has been glitchy and unresponsive for 2 working days now, and I am unable to transact. The fact that I am unable to access or transfer my funds means that I have to struggle, meanwhile I know I have money in my eZaga account. Customer service is extremely poor! Don't bother opting in to their services!
