Iam having a very bad experience with fairprice at springs I did a lay-bye on a woredrop on 26 August went on September to takeout that woredrop only to find that they nolonger have it in store they told me to wait for September 30 as they will be in store from their warehouse..today it's 01 October I'm told they will be available on November.They keep changing their stories sales person I spoke to Nomsa Mthethwa she is not helpfully at all.warning to others never ever buy from their store
Metrofiber has zero respect for its customers. I live in kwathema and for 6 weeks we have been experiencing bad internet connection the only thing they tell u to do is to log in ticket that they don't even bother to respond to. Why must I keep on paying for a service that I'm not getting? Think twice before using metrofiber
Ezaga is a useless company that Nsfas chose to use. Their app is useless when u try to call their call center you wait for more than an hour they don't pick up calls. This is frustrating because I called nsfas my money was allocated to ezaga but I haven't received any payments from ezaga can't even log in to my account.
Metrofibre has been having outage in kwathema now for the past 2 months now with no intern service the only thing they replie with is our team are still busy fixing, but they are good with sending invoices. I regret the day I decided to use their services.It is not nice to pay for a service that you are not getting.
