I’m not happy anymore with home connect,for the couple of months now their fibre doesn’t last the whole month it expires 2days before

Angry customer
Hi I’m having a problem with home connect since the whole day,what bored me the most is my neighbour doesn’t have a problem with her Wi-Fi while we are using same provider and home connect says they don’t have ETA and it’s last kids what’s to do their homework,I’m so irritated 😒

I’m so hurt and disappointed my sister was paying clientele for years even though sometimes when she lose a job will stop but as soon as she find one she will continue, so this month she passed away and they told me she joined this year May and she invalid they won’t pay I’m so angry
