This bank has the worst service ever, and its benefiting on the cost of students’ allowances. The app is nonsense, my password for the app can not be reset, I don’t know for what reasons and I have been calling and writing emails with no response!!
My account has been blocked for a whole now, and when I call there's no reply. The person who reported my account canceled the claim with their bank but still tymebank hasn't unlocked my account. I'm so disappointed with the service because i thought they could do better.
I'm not happy with capitec service because my account has been blocked for a while now, I sent an affidavit but no response the person who reported my account alsocanceled the claim with their FNB bank the day after they reported it, but still no response. I'm so mad because they don't do follow up with other banks.
