NSFAS paid my money to eZaga, I have been calling, sending what's app and asking my college if the can assist with this bank paying my money. I cannot access the app as it says profile already exists and is active. This company does not care about students, I need technical help on the app and cannot get any assistance. Been starving for days waiting for my NSFAS funding.
As the biggest investor for Finchoice, your company is giving us the worst service. Submitted our claims for funeral cover on the 10th of December, today is the 18th of December and the claim still has not been paid out. There's no team leader or manager to escalate to because apparently they are all on leave. Finchoice funerals is the worst funeral cover one can use! Makes me wonder if they are not a scam.
Worst experience with their funeral cover which my father was paying monthly. Sent them all the relevant documents on Thursday 10 December. They promised in 24-48 hours the claim will be paid out, today is the 18th of December and the claim has not been paid out. When we call them they tell tell us it will be done, till today nothing.
