I have placed an order and after paying i realized its not the item i want, i phone them and ask for cancellation and was told because my order is out on delivery i should wait until its shipped to cancel and i did that . My order got delivered and i rejected it which was an advice i got one of their agents . The next day my order came back and our reception signed for it. I logged a return immediately and went to drop it and now I'm told to wait 2-3 working days to be refunded. I mean I did not even open the packages and I have requested cancellation before it was delivered.
I took the home connector router and wasn't happy with it , I phoned MTN and was told to take it to MTN store. I did that and even send an email to customercare@mtn.com and they send me a reply to respond to details they needed and I did that . I dropped off the router and got the IRMS no: IRMS1876405, to my surprise I receive a reminder for debit order to take place . Calling them you'll be transferred from one person to the other and then your line will be cut. I am so disappointed with the service.
This is a great company won't lie, it was my second time claiming for a phone and i was assisted without hustle. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to insure. Thank you Josh, you've been amazing. Continue doing this to others. After the trauma of being ******, getting such a great service was a breath of fresh air.
I was ****** on Saturday the 29th of June 2024 and i used my son's phone to communicate with Melon for them to block my number and phone. Gave them everything they wanted up to now I'm still waiting for my ITC number so i can give it to insurance. Yesterday they said the person responsible for ITC is on leave, that unacceptable. I'm not impressed with Melon Mobile really. What must one do to get the ITC number
I would not advice anyone to sign up with this company, claiming is a process they end up paying you less than what you actually covered. There was house break in and they stole sound system, Tv, Phone and sneakers. The said they can't pay for the Tv they stole because i don't have proof of purchase. I mean i bought the tv 6 years back, so they opted for an entry 32'tv and i was using a 70". I couldn't block my phone because it didn't have network that what the Cell C consultant told me, so they refused to pay for it. There was a footage showing the guy breaking the window and getting out with the tv but still they actually made me feel like i ****** myself.
The best insurance ... I've insured my phone and it got stollen. The process did not take long. within few days I had a replacement.
It's useless, the app you can't access it. The Ussd string is not working.

Nhlamulo was very good, he was patient and assisted me with all I needed. Keep it up , you've done a great job. Even got my discount.
I was not happy with my premium but Kagiso assisted me and gave me a premium that I'm happy about, that was what I actually my budgeted for :):)
