Ezee Cars sold my daughter a pre-owned Hyundai i20 in 2024. Never once did they disclose that this car has been in an accident. The car is giving trouble and have tried to return it to Ezee Cars. We want them to take the car back and pay the settlement value. They refuse to take responsibility for their non-disclosure.

I November 2024 I was interested in buying a Mercedes Benz SLK 55 AMG from Ezeecars in Pinetown. I spoke to a salesperson with the name of Kiah Becker and came to some an acceptable price of the vehicle of R 380 000. I was told that the vehicle is not on their floor seeing that the car is not part of their stock but on consignment. I was then told to secure the car I must pay a holding deposit on the car or I can loose the vehicle. I paid R 7000 on the car and tried to get finance, I could not get finance on the vehicle and found out that they have in anyway sold the car without letting me know. Now that I am trying to get my deposit back, they are refusing to repay me my deposit. They sold the car, got their money and still refuse to give me my money back. Please do not do business with this company or pay any moneys over to them for a so-called holding deposit, they will not repay you. It is not worth the effort rather go to another dealer that is reputable.

hi all. I bought a car with Ezeecar this year May. before I even paid my first instalment the car was giving me problems. I have asked the dealership to attend to the matter and they did only to find the matter was not sorted. I called them again and still the matter was not sorted into a point where I needed a replacement car, and they refused, told me to apply for more credit so I can take another car but more expensive. they still haven't done anything to assist me, and they have my car in their dealership from last month and they are not even sorry. they made me believe that i was important to them as their customer and they wanted to assist me by all cost but now i feel they were misleading me since they have not done anything to assist me as their customer... I have taken the matter further and waiting for assistance on other places. I would not recommend them as a good dealership because they only think for themselves

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership (Ezeecars) and I am very disappointed with the after sales service There are a few issues with this vehicle that needs attention urgently On the day of delivery the check coolant light came on on the dash I spoke to the salesman and he requested I bring the car in the next day which I did The problem was eventually sorted out but the workshop they use is not to my satisfaction as it isnt up to standard and does not even look like an Rmi approved workshop A few day's after the repair was done I was checking the coolant level and got a strong fuel smell. Upon inspection I noticed fuel leaking onto the fuel rail and saw that the clamp for the main fuel line was loose which I tightened myself That's the type of people Ezeecars use to do repairs on their vehicles which is pathetic and unsatisfactory The vehicle was left at the dealership on Friday the 25/10/2024 to carry out further repairs I had spoken kiah the salesman and specifically told him not to send the car back to that workshop for repairs and asked him to update me before sending the vehicle anywhere which he did not do I contacted him after seeing the vehicle was moved on my tracker app and again he **** and said the vehicle is still at the dealership. Just for me to get a phone call later that morning from the owner of the same workshop to ask me what's wrong with my car as he was fami**** with my car and stated he will only start repairs the next week 28/10/2024 so my vehicle would be left there the entire weekend for no reason which would leave me with no vehicle. I picked up my car later that Friday afternoon The salesman (Kiah) and manager (Calvin) and owner (Ashen) speak lies and don't care about their customer's and give very bad customer service I was told this was a pristine vehicle with no faults but that's completely wrong I am going to take this matter further Do not buy and support Ezeecars car's they will rip you off and you will be left with stress and a problematic vehicle
