Ezee Cars sold my daughter a pre-owned Hyundai i20 in 2024. Never once did they disclose that this car has been in an accident. The car is giving trouble and have tried to return it to Ezee Cars. We want them to take the car back and pay the settlement value. They refuse to take responsibility for their non-disclosure.
I'm at my wits end with this company! My car was fitted with their tracker through the insurance I took out with Dotsure. Years have passed since I owned the car and still Netstar debit my account. No amount of calls or emails seems to get them to cancel my contract. I even have their debt collector hounding me with harassing messages. My statement is 0 yet there seems to be no one who does the actual paperwork. Or is that someone in the company is trying to *****ulently debit my account? Once again, I will go to my bank this afternoon to reverse the ******** amount Netstar took off my account at 20:00 last night!
Nudebt is a harassment company who take settled accounts and try to convince you to pay the amount into their account. They do this with various emails that bully and intimidate with threats of legal action. I wish I knew how to block them on my emails the way I can do to spam calls and messages.

Do not entertain emails from Nu Debt Management threatening to affect your credit score. They are a *****ulent company who work alongside companies like Netstar. They attempt to take payment for closed accounts with horrible threatening emails. Not once do they reply that they have noted the statement of a closed account which has been sent to them the numerous times they send their threatening emails.
Do not fit a tracker in your car with Netstar! My experience has been terrible to say the least. I took out car insurance with Dotsure and they said that Netstar would fit a tracker as part of their service. A year and a half later, I sold the car and cancelled my account with Dotsure. However, Netstar continues to debit my account. No amount of emails or telephone calls gets me closure. Netstar can't prove that I have a contract with them and yet they refuse to cancel their service for my car. I cannot understand why they expect me to pay for a service that benefits the stranger who bought my car. I am not in a financial situation to afford paying for something that gives me no benefit. They change their debit order dates and take money off my account at random times. To me this is theft. They've just debited again R926.17 from my account which leaves me with less than is needed for my legitimate debits coming off tomorrow! What can I do to stop this? I'm at my wits end!
Netstar is useless! I sold my car and have tried to cancel the Netstar service since January. All that has happened is that they've turned me over to their lawyers who send me harassing messages and threats. Why should I pay for a service that benefits the stranger who bought my car?? I have requested my Netstar contract to be emailed to me but I receive no communication in return.
Mueen Hassim was very helpful with submitting my claim to Budget Ins. He spoke clearly and provided me with all the information necessary so that I didn't even need to ask questions. He went the extra mile and showed compassion and kindness towards me with regards to the incident I endured.
This place is a ****!!! Beware of doing any business with Universal Auto Auctions. They lie and they *****. I paid R12 000 to these ****mers believing all their correspondence and the contracts they emailed me. They not only stole my money but they pretended to be the Capitec *****ulent company and they phoned me to say I must send a photo of the back of my bank card to them. It's been 3 months since they stole from me and they still send me messages saying that I must pay a further R3000 and send the back of my bank card to be refunded for the R12 000 that they stole from me.
I would like to thank Nikki's: The Gift Shop for their outstanding service to their customers. My daughter asked for a glass jug from Nikki's for her birthday. When I got to Nikki's in Westville to purchase the jug, they were no longer in stock. Seeing my disappointment, the teller called me back and offered to phone the other branches. She organised with their Kloof branch to keep aside their last jug for me. All this was done without me having to make a request.
