Dear Ntuntu, Kobus and the team. I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for your honesty, dedication and for going above and beyond while selling me my car. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.

REFUSES TO REFUND DEPOSIT - UNEMPLOYED SINGLE MOM!!!
REFUSES TO REFUND DEPOSIT - UNEMPLOYED SINGLE MOM!!! This company is the very worst to work with. They are making money from people who are in desperate situations, ie Covid makes your job redundant they offer to help you get a vehicle. What the company fails to explain is that they are making an almost 200% margin on this service? Offer Zero reprieve during a pandemic and harass consumers into paying deposits on cars that are yet to arrive in the countrty. They have tied a friend of mine into a contract where she has paid a deposit on a car, she was happy, and then it all started - First Ezland did not have stock, then when they eventually did have a car, a TRIBER at R 8000 per month the cost increased, leasing contract changed and all prior terms became null and void, with jo prior notice. NOW she would not like to have a car on these terms but Dirk and will also not refund her the deposit she has paid?? Surely this is unconstitutional? The CPA terms 16 states that if the consumer receives their product by paying a deposit, the consumer is also then welcome to return the product o rget their money back within 5 days ? They have had R 13000 of hers for over 6 months and refuse to refund once cent..... This is a joke - exploiting single mothers during a pandemic with a basic request that will make an enormous difference to her and her kids. Lockdown, single parent and self-employed mother of 2, and there is no leeway ????? Surely this goes against our rightsb as consumers? Ezland Wheels we expect a refund by COB on Monday, Dirk and Zelia have been nothing but argumentative and pushy with regards car sales vs seeing the bigger picture.

REFUSES TO REFUND DEPOSIT - UNEMPLOYED SINGLE MOM!!! This company is the very worst to work with. Extorn/Nightmare be careful
Extortion,Extortion I tell you firstly they dont tell you what you getting urself into with the km u can be calculating on but every month u somma over your 2000 km all I did after receiving my car us paying extra for everything then when It comes to sending photos i sent it then i get threatening emails stating i didnt send photos and they will collect the car then when i decided i am fed up with all the drama of these people and forever paying way to much like close to 10000 a month unnecessary for unnecessary things just getting billed left right and centre where in the first place when u take out this car they dont tell you how much u actually will be paying at the end of each month as of what u think u will be paying at the beginning everything rose after that just a plan nightmare I decided to return the vehicle back to them like in the middle of the month knowing that we pay in advance they still deducted after returning the vehicle them they wanna send a statment of all unnecessary charges again and all this was not in the contract I signed now they wanna RIP me off by pay admin fees car wash fees of 600 where in the world car was for 600 and all unnecessary fees my word I made a big mistake getting involved with these people they are like sharks and they will milk you for anything I just wish they can leave us alone now my word all this stress just for renting a damb car never again be careful people you will end up pay way more for wat u signed up for

Herewith i wish to congratulate Rene for her awesome work in helping me with my application and approval up to assisting with me with doing even online transfers. Further to Zelia i also have only gratitude for her being professional and assisting and aiding with every thing that is required. To the CEO of Ezlend Wheels . Sir you have a wonderful team that is helping wherever they can, up to the lady requesting if i want tea. I herewith advise anybody that wants to do business with this company, not to even look further than this team as they are the greatest,professional, know the know how and lastly the best. I thankyou for this memorable experience
