I have bought Ezviz H7 and it's failing to connect to the Network,I also tried their call center and they couldn't resolve the problem,This product lacks finishing,to make the matter worse also bought the BC1C wireless camera,expensive for nothing,mounted it on a wall and the elevation is terrible,cheapest camera elevation is more better than the Ezviz.

I have three Husky Air EZVIZ security cameras that were offline for sometime. I'm trying to get them back online but the QR codes and verification codes that are needed to get them online have been weathered off the cameras. The packaging that had the verification codes have also been discarded. The verification code is only available on the EZVIZ app for the one camera that is online, but not for the two that are offline. I contacted EZVIZ via the chat on the app and was told to email the camera serial numbers to EZVIZ. I sent emails to account@ezviz.com, support.af@ezviz.com, and support@ezviz.com on the 7th and 10th of February 2025 respectively and haven't received any replies from them at all. I called the South African dealer, BNETA, and they just referred me back to the client services that I haven't received any response from. EZVIZ cameras are good, but their after market support is absolutely horrible. Don't buy EZVIZ cameras. You'll be wasting your money if something goes wrong and you need their support.

For the price I think the security camera package is a great value. The advantages of the solution are that its plug and play, its relatively easy to set up, the quality of the video is great, and its really affordable. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because there isn't much flexibility in terms of how the footage is viewed. As previous reviews have indicated, you are limited to viewing the footage either by a web browser accessing the EZVIZ website or through their mobile application. For most people that should be sufficient, however users were previously able to access the DVR directly without having to go to the EZVIZ website which would be preferable. Previous reviews warned not to upgrade to the latest version of the software since it would force you to use their website to access the videos. It turns out, they are now shipping from the factory with the latest code so there is no longer an option to access the DVR directly.

For the price I think the security camera package is a great value. We bought 4 Ezviz security cameras for the outside of our house. They all worked 100% and we were VERY impressed and happy. But as soon as the 2yr guarantee was over, they all started giving problems......the one is not connecting to wifi anymore (we had to buy a LAN cable), they all take forever to login and now the one has moisture on the lense during the day. And when you contact the shop you bought it from, they just say "We'll have to send it in to be checked"......and that will be on my expense as well!! These cameras cost a lot of money......they should at least last a couple of years before giving problems

I purchased an EZVIZ's wireless outdoor camera, the BC1C just under a year ago. The camera out of the blue switched off and I havent been able to switch it back on since. The agents in South Africa and EZVIZ are refusing to repair or replace it, despite providing them with the proof of purchase. Given the cost of the camera I would expect far better service and response. Do yourself a favour, don't purchase EZVIZ devices.

We are still paying subscription for a returned device This device was removed from our app for testing purpose so we can't do anything from our side. The new devices are on a family payment plan. We are still paying the old device subscription and no one cares to get it sorted after months of complaining. It seems like no one has access to their admin department to check their debit orders. Only sales people on app support

I recently acquired two Ezviz Husky C3W Security Cameras from Takealot. It did not take long to realise that Takealot does not have any Technical Expertise on these cameras to assist their Customers with camera issues. When I contacted Ezviz South Africa, I was told by their Techincal EXPERT, Disney, that he can not assist me and that he will have to get an ENGINEER from CHINA to contact me. I now beg the question;- how can Takealot sell these products and how can the Consumer Council/Commissioner allow products like this to be sold in South Africa, with them having limited technical experience, thus frustration Customers immensely

We absolutely love our 360 Ezviz camera. It provides great clarity of sight no matter day or night. Absolutely a good investment. One can also purchase multiple camera and link and name per room over the wifi network.
