I have bought Ezviz H7 and it's failing to connect to the Network,I also tried their call center and they couldn't resolve the problem,This product lacks finishing,to make the matter worse also bought the BC1C wireless camera,expensive for nothing,mounted it on a wall and the elevation is terrible,cheapest camera elevation is more better than the Ezviz.
I have made a complain about my Vodacom contract,that was supposed to be 2 years and vodacom added an extra year,only received a call from them saying someone will call from business center and I am forever waiting for the call.
I am laying a formal complain against Vodacom,I have been with Vodacom for 5 years using their contract services. Last year February I have upgraded my account for a 2 years contract and now they just decided to make it 3 years,The contract was opened in kolonaide Mall,and it happened after I declined an early upgrade from their call center

I had a very bad experience with homechoice I have an account with them and I was owing R1900. November last year I settled the money that was showing in my statement. But now they telling me I owe them R750. When I ask them for my paid up statement,their call center agents said I need to pay first. All am asking for is my paid up statement.
Been almost 3 months my car was ****** tracker could find it even the police and Auto and general declined my claim and they referred me to their Dispute department. I received an email 3 weeks back from Tshepo Malope saying he will get back to me soon as possible. I called him the whole week but he promises me to call me back,and he ends up not calling,I end up calling. Today is Friday I called and he said I will receive an email for the final decision before end of the day but poor service delivery. Been paying them every month for 3 years now. Am a small business and it has suffered using bolt and not making money. Hope this message reaches the Dispute department at Auto and General.
I would like to appreciate the world class service that I received from Johanna Tambo who works at customer care Business department. She done a good follow up on my contract query and made sure that it was resolved. She is a great asset to your business and deserves a promotion lol
Very very poor service,I paid them made a booking,and they sent me to two different Clicks stores,only to find out those stores don't do DNA test for Genediagnostics,thou they the ones made me choose from their list,wasted my petrol for nothing,the reception lady ddnt even apologies for wasting my time.Been 2 weeks now no booking.
