Consistant Outstanding Customer service
The service I received was truly exceptional. I am based in Johannesburg, while the company operates from Cape Town, yet the process was seamless. After purchasing the DNA test, it was couriered to me overnight. I returned it the following night, and within three nights the kit had been sent, received, and processed back at their lab. My results were ready within just six days. I have completed this process three times, and on every occasion the service has been consistently outstanding.” Thank you Sandisa for our amazing service ***

BAD BAD BAD, AVOID THEM
I worked with GENEdiagnostics on a freelance contract. All content was approved, yet they abruptly terminated the agreement and refused to pay the full amount owed. No feedback, no warning, just a breach of contract. Now they’re avoiding all communication, ignoring follow-ups, and refusing to take accountability. Offering 50% for completed work is unacceptable. Beware, this company does not honor agreements or respect professional standards.

********* Business! Should have a option of a "no star"! I have ordered a test kit, canceled within 3hours on the same day. A refund was supposed to be done as per policy of 30 days. Its overdue and no communication or refund has being received. These people are so unprofessional and conducting ********* business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Very bad service
Very very poor service,I paid them made a booking,and they sent me to two different Clicks stores,only to find out those stores don't do DNA test for Genediagnostics,thou they the ones made me choose from their list,wasted my petrol for nothing,the reception lady ddnt even apologies for wasting my time.Been 2 weeks now no booking.

Very bad service

Bad/Poor Service
Very very Bad/Poor service. Done the tests 3 weeks ago and paid them in full but still not getting our results. Tried to call them for follow ups but they don't answer the phone. Very disappointing. I also sent them several emails but they don't respond to emails as well.

Genediagnostics - Bad service received
Not impressed with the service received. Their policy states that results will be in within 7-10 working days but that isn't the reality even after making full payment. Why do I need to call and make follow-ups if there are delays? This is unacceptable service!! I wouldnt recommend your services to others

Poor Customer service
Bad service, paid full amount but still they can't deliver. They are so unprofessional. You have to call them daily and they will provide excuses. I am not the kind of a person who complains but for the first time I had a bad service like this I feel I have to Share my experience. I've been calling this number for weeks now still they don't deliver 021 851 6468. Excuse after excuse it been 30 days now waiting for results.
