The service I received was truly exceptional. I am based in Johannesburg, while the company operates from Cape Town, yet the process was seamless. After purchasing the DNA test, it was couriered to me overnight. I returned it the following night, and within three nights the kit had been sent, received, and processed back at their lab. My results were ready within just six days. Be Aware
Be aware. These people are hiding something. They refuse to disclose the dosages of each ingredient in their B-Better supplement. I have tried talking to Annah and Jonathan, but they are not willing to tell me. This shows me they are not truthful or trustworthy! It seems like such a good product, but I cannot buy it and risk overdosing my children when the amount per serving is not disclosed

Worst service ever!!!
Worst service ever!! I will never use Takeallot ever again. Sent an order back and have been waiting for days to hear the status of my return. Have phoned them every day and still have not heard back from them. Spoke to 3 different people on 3 diferent days who promised to help me and still NOTHING! Skyler, Nawbisa and Joshua.

Wors service ever
Wors serice ever! Second time i bouth from them Online and will NEVER support them again. Plaed an order and have absolutely no idea where my order is. They dont update the tracking status. They said it is delivered to Clics and they will send me a message with a pin to collect. I have received NOTHING! Have phoned them every day for 3 days in a row and nothing!!

Temu shipping Vat costing 75% Taxes because of Temu splitting orders
Temu split my orders into multiple orders making me pay multiple Vat Duty Tax. One item (a baby grow) from a big order of 18 items got shipped seperately. This one baby grow costs h R149 on its own by temu. I am being charged R90 Vat dutt taxes for this one baby grow. that is 75% VAT TAX!! My order has been split into 5 seperate orders and i am paying more than 50% to 75% taxes. And Temu promises that this wont affect delivery however it does.!!! They are useless. Rather go and support a small local business as you will end up payint more on Temu then with a local business

Never dealt with somone so rude in my life
I phoned on Friday 10 Jan around 14:40 - Am so discusted with the rude white guy that answeres the phone. Doesnt even give me a chance to explain why im calling. ThHangs up on me while im still busy exlaining. I phone back to explain what im trying to say, hoping he will be able to help me and again hangs up on me while im busy talking. Third time he doesnt even answer the phone. He has absolutely no people skills or any compassion to even listen to what i am trying to say. Honestly dont know how people can run a business like this.

I do have to warn other parents to think twice before before enrolling your child into this school as i do not want anyone to though the same as what we did. I advise you to pray about this and ask the Lord for guidance as this school might not be for your child.
