FNB absolutely pathetic service!! Advertise and promise customers to switch debit orders when opening new business accounts; BUT waste over two months asking for forms to be completed and then claiming to be unable to contact service providers such Afrox, MTN to effect the switch. Can't have been more displeased with the service. I would've proceeded to do the work myself from the beginning instead of relying on incompetent bank like FNB. In future I will definitely take my banking to other banks.
