fabric cleaners
BAD NEWS two drops from the lounge sent for cleaning, and they say the perished, meantime I have a drop from the SAME set in my bedroom which is on the SOUTH side with more weather hitting the curtain, but they say my curtains PERISHED!! ~ THEY perished them!!

Worst type of service and disgusting attitude
I had taken my curtains to Fabritec on north coast road , Durban . I dealt with Arlene Dennis, whom told me she had 30 year of service experience when I asked if she could dry clean my curtains. Upon receipt of my curtains , we discovered that the curtains eyelets were broken and damaged and the curtains looks damanged .I had called the offices the same day to tell Arlene Dennis that I was not happy with the work n explained what was wrong. The lady was very rude and abrasive despite their negligence whilst conducting the service that she has been rendering for 30 years. She was arrogant, obnoxious and absolutely unprofessional. She raised her voice telling me that she was not going to take the responsibility of the damages incurred at her factory. I am utterly disgusted and shocked with the manner in which Arlene Denis handled this situation. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge her staffs negligence on ther curtains...I would never recommend anyone to try out fabritech on north coast road again. As they are not willing to take pride in their job or acknowledge their negligence . Your clothes, fabrics are at risk with this company and especially with a rude owner/manager.<br>
