Facesse South Africa is a Fraud

Facesse South Africa is a fraud company who does false advertising and is robbing people for they money... I placed an order with them on the 9th of March 2022 for a foundation that costed R380 their site said it will be delivered within 7-14 working days, it then went over time so I decided that I should call them to see what's the delay but they number went to vm I began to send Alba Facesse a few emails and all the response I got back was sorry for the inconvenience and it's late and it will be delivered soon, I did not receive any sort of tracking number at first only when I asked I was sent so I opened the site and it said I was still being shipped to South Africa from China a week later I received a new tracking number and went I tried searching the parcel number it said it doesn't exist and the product isn't even on the net anymore and I haven't heard from facesse up until now... They robbed me and I'm leaving this here just so someone doesn't fall victim to they scams... I have all the emails I have sent to them including my p.o.p and the tracking number they sent me
