This is a scam of a company promises of your product been delivered looking for order numbers. ALBA Whoever sending emails withire products etc . Quick yo take your money but no product people be careful they just do not reply and tracking orders are all false.

This is a scam of a company promises of your product been delivered looking for order numbers. ALBA Whoever sending emails withire products etc . Quick yo take your money but no product people be careful they just do not reply and tracking orders are all false.

Service delivery
I purchased their foundation in April. 4 months later no product and no refund. I get given a tracking update to say my parcel has been delivered to post office but there is nothing at the post office and no one helps me further to resolve this matter.

Scam
I place my order and till date I didn’t receive my order. I sent them emails to ask what happen and every time I got the same email back. It looks like if it’s a computer. I ask them to refund me but didn’t get any reply on that to. So please be careful this is a big scam.

Facesse is guilty of false advertising in all ways
Absolute scam in all ways !!!! Arrived months later and completely useless - plus you have to collect it at the post office and pay import duty of over R100 Doesn’t cover any blemishes- The light cream is completely white and you look ghostly The texture is greasy and doesn’t stay on , label says ‘ Beauty cream’ - The name Fasesse doesn’t feature anywhere on the product and it is made in China not the UK as advertised Also cream is under a membrane and it is only possible to get it on but pressing on the membrane with makeup applicator. It is not a lot of cream under the membrane but you can’t see that because membrane is tightly attached to the pot- half of the pot is a fake bottom It belongs on a throw out shelf in a low budget makeup

Hi there.... I have posted here before about Facesse South Africa but I will like to say that even though I did have a bad experience when it came to the communication side and I did think I was robbed because I placed the order in March and did not have enough information on my package but today I received my product from the post office and yes the product will come but it takes like 3 plus months.....

Facesse South Africa is a Fraud
Facesse South Africa is a fraud company who does false advertising and is robbing people for they money... I placed an order with them on the 9th of March 2022 for a foundation that costed R380 their site said it will be delivered within 7-14 working days, it then went over time so I decided that I should call them to see what's the delay but they number went to vm I began to send Alba Facesse a few emails and all the response I got back was sorry for the inconvenience and it's late and it will be delivered soon, I did not receive any sort of tracking number at first only when I asked I was sent so I opened the site and it said I was still being shipped to South Africa from China a week later I received a new tracking number and went I tried searching the parcel number it said it doesn't exist and the product isn't even on the net anymore and I haven't heard from facesse up until now... They robbed me and I'm leaving this here just so someone doesn't fall victim to they scams... I have all the emails I have sent to them including my p.o.p and the tracking number they sent me
