I ordered clothing from shein web site . To Date I have not received my order. I am situated in gauteng. Their tracking company says parcel was delivered in Westville. KZN. I contacted them to inform them I have not received my order. I am very unhappy and their customer service leaves alot to be desired.

Service delivery
I purchased their foundation in April. 4 months later no product and no refund. I get given a tracking update to say my parcel has been delivered to post office but there is nothing at the post office and no one helps me further to resolve this matter.
