FACTORY PRICE FOOTWEAR /APPAREL DISTRIBUTIONS

So i made a purchase in May 2023,purchased a pair of sneakers and even paid for the courier, to date we stil have not received our order, we've been in contact with them where payment receipt was confirmed however no delivery... Now they don't respond to us on WhatsApp and also not taking our calls. Please help, it's not for the first time I'm reviewing this business, they don't even receive our reviews which i find ***** aswell
