It's been exactly 9 days since i was advised by the complaints manager at Old Mutual about the investigation that will be conducted however, I'm still waiting to hear the outcome of the investigation, I'm a bit surprised as to what the whole investigation entails as I've already pinned the email where i was cancelling the same policy last year amd and the bank statements of all the debit orders should they require them. As much as i thought i was being offered financial relief I'm just as financially stressed and struggling to get my refund.
A real thorn in my flesh So i have multiple policies with old mutual, and was offered a better policy with better benefits and as a result cancelled the old one i was having, now i recently realised that the one that i cancelled in November last year is still debiting from my account, i immediately informed Old Mutual and completed all the refund forms and submitted them however i still haven't received my refund, it makes me wonder if i struggle now with a mere refund what about my future claims? It's been a while, but i guess today Herotel wanted me to bw here, so i have an account with Herotel that I'm paying via EFT but about 2 months ago i completed a debit order form and sent it through for a debit order on the 26th of every month, the last payment i did was on the 28th of July and would obviously think that the next payment would be again around the same date, now to my surprise my account has been disconnected and when i called Herotel Klerksdorp office I'm told that because i pay via EFT then the cut off date for payments is the 11th of each month, now my question to the lady who attended my call was, if that's the case now why have they not processed the debit order since the forms were long submitted, suddenly she couldn't know how they missed that. Now i want to know where is the conveniece in all this, i pay my account earlier to avoid disconnection and I'm still being disconnected, this has never been the case until today. Herotel must stop with this thing of trying to rip their clients off whereas they on the other hand are ***********.... KCTAA002
So i had an account with FNB that i settled through MBD in January 2025, i was then promised that a settlement letter would be sent to me upon receipt of payment and that the account will be automatically closed once fully paid. To date i have not received any settlement letter and today i received a message that the said account is in arrears. I need assistance aa this have been a real thorn in my way
We are all looking for a cheaper cover for our hard earned belongings, ans and i must say that today after making a few changes on my cover, not only do I get the best cover but i also saved alot. Lillian also informed me of the other important benefits and covers. I do not see myself with another insurance company other than My Way.
Today I'm writing a review on behalf of my aunt, Jeanette Mokoena. so she bought a car at Daly ford in 2020,the current mileage on the car now is 29 000 km, when she took it for 20 000 km service she was told the car is without a service plan and therefore she will have to pay out of her pocket...i stand for correction, isn't the car supposed to be out of service plan after 100 000 km then she can either opt for extended motor plan cover or to pay cash everytime she takes it in for service? This is not a complaint or a query but a clarity seeking situation so that we fully understand what we're dealing with and be able to plan ahead next time. Please assist 082 788 4712
I would like to thank Lewis for promptly resolving my matter after a long hassle. Special thanks to Carol from the complaints department, who diligently attended my issue and continuously making follow-ups through phone calls... My brand new bed was delivered yesterday and I'm very delighted. It is people like Carol that makes things worthwhile, making sure customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance. Because of my encounter with such professionalism i can confidently refer clients to Lewis stores!
So about almost a year ago, i bought myself a bed from Lewis Delareyville in the North West. Initially i wanted to buy an affordable bed as i was buying it for my rental apartment, however i met a great consultant who advised that i buy rather a good quality bed with benefits, including a guarantee, i then fell for her advise and went for a medi- spine mattress, also looking at the fact that I have a back problem. Exactly 11 months later, the mattress is starting to sag, and I'm now experiencing discomfort. Considering the fact that the bed is still under warranty, i made the store manager aware of my problem and what he asked of me was to take pictures of the bed aswell as the video while jumping on the bed.. I did that and sent the video, was further told that they will come for an inspection and take it from there, he could not deny the fact that the bed was still in a good condition, however I'm being taken from pillar to post, and to date my matter is not resolved. I'm now paying double the amount i had budgeted for and yet struggling to get my matter resolved...
My order was definitely fast tracked, i placed my perfume order on Wednesday and received it on Saturday.. Talk about exceptional service
So about a week ago i wrote a review about Sanlam,where they deposited a refund into my old inactive bank account.today i'm glad to announce that after they were done with their investigation, as promised, they got back to me and advised that money will be deposited into the correct account, I'm very delighted as I've just received a bank notification now, and the money has been deposited. I will like to say thanks to Salam Sky for their prompt response , and Special thanks to Penny Celere, who did her job diligently. It is people like you that make this life worthwhile. Thank you
