Factoryprice foot wear - MIA

I placed an order about a week ago, now going for the second week, and upon placing an order i was promised that I'd receive my order within a few days, 3 days to be exact, and now I've been trying to track my order with no luck. I ordered via Instagram, and payment was received and i got a confirmation message...they're not answering their business phone, nor responding to my msgs... Please assist... R1300 down the drain
