Very poor client satisfaction and no joy.

Me and my wife have a horrible experience with Fair Deal Mosselbay, Western Cape. There were just too much/many too's in our service relationship as a client with this company: Too much arrogance from the owner (according to the owner, Stevan Brittz , he had enough complaints and laments from us and end phone calls in a very inappropriate manner. They kept our money for too long, before any reaction. Too many empty promises. Too much phone calls from us asking and begging for service. Many calls were even answered. Poor Installation. They had to come back more than twice to repair faulty and bad quality work. Again they pitch after too many calls begging and threatening. At times we were wondering if they even/still exist. Our advice will be: Stay away from Fair Deal Mosselbay and save yourself al lot of anger and frustration.
