Very satisfied with the service we received from Fair Deal Mossel Bay. Stevan and his team took on our project with so much professionalism and diligence. I highly recommend them and will make use of their services again.

Poor Quality and Poor Quality Workmanship
In 2019 Durban fair deal branch did my house. A year ago I discovered that they didn't put in the requested heavy duty wheels on my sliding doors but substandard ones, which I later changed at my own cost. I now discovered that other smaller sliding windows were meant to have 2 wheels but only one set was used. No wonder why my windows weren't sliding! No can't recommend them

Very poor client satisfaction and no joy.
Me and my wife have a horrible experience with Fair Deal Mosselbay, Western Cape. There were just too much/many too's in our service relationship as a client with this company: Too much arrogance from the owner (according to the owner, Stevan Brittz , he had enough complaints and laments from us and end phone calls in a very inappropriate manner. They kept our money for too long, before any reaction. Too many empty promises. Too much phone calls from us asking and begging for service. Many calls were even answered. Poor Installation. They had to come back more than twice to repair faulty and bad quality work. Again they pitch after too many calls begging and threatening. At times we were wondering if they even/still exist. Our advice will be: Stay away from Fair Deal Mosselbay and save yourself al lot of anger and frustration.

Con artists
Fair deal Nelspruit offer very bad service. They installed a broken stairs window and when a crack started showing they promised to replace it but 2 weeks later they told me to pay for it. My bedroom window is still leaking when it rains, even though they promised to fix it before I started staying in the house & it’s been 8 months, the also promised to come every time I call the but never showed up.

Fairdeal nelspruit the worst customer service, in actual facts they are ******. They installed aluminium windows at my house, they installed a glass with a crack and promised to come and replace it. After few days of postponing, they changed and refused to replace.They said someone might have kicked a ball.how insane? How can a person kick a ball and hit the upper corner of glass that is so high in double story house. Do not utilise them rubbers have started sagging already it’s not even a year. Have spent a lot of money to waste.
