Webafrica - **** communication!
I have been trying to cancel my service with Webafrica for a couple of days now. It is almost impossible to speak to an actual human being. They are very quick to sell their useless slow internet provision and very slow to do anything else. Extremely frustrated!!!!!!

Bettersure refusal to help
On the 5th of December 2023 I woke up and realized that our home had been broken into and our electronics (cell phones, laptops, IPad) some jewelery and my handbag had been ****** while we were in the house from next to our beds while we were sleeping. There is no clear sign of where the ********s may have entered our house but some of the windows (that have burglar bars on them) were left open. We live in a security estate with 24 security and CCTV all around the estate's parameter. The CCTV did not pick up any ******** activity. Bettersure has been trying everything in their power to give me the run-around. From not answering their phones to transferring my call to various departments when they DO answer to the latest news of informing my that there "was no forcible entry". What is more forcible than the realization that someone stole your things from your home while you and your kids were sleeping from next to our beds???? My children are traumatized. I haven't been able to work in 2 weeks because my laptop has been ******. My car keys have been ****** so now I fear that whoever violated our home is going to come back for "round 2". They've since stopped answering my emails. Terrible service. They are of no help once a claim needs to be reviewed or settled....

Accelerit Technologies (PTY) LTD. Fiber installation
I just wanted to Thanks Accelerit Technologies (PTY) LTD for outstanding service. My Previous ISP experience was a mistake. I submit my application 4 months ago and struggled to install my Fiber, actually I decided to cancel and yesterday date 27th of Jan 2021, i contact Accelerit Technologies (PTY) LTD to apply for Fiber connection and this morning my installation was done by Frogfoot contractor. I wish I could give more stars if was possible for absolutely outstanding service and also Price far much better than anyone in the area. So well done and keep up the great work.
