I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made today at 10:00 AM, which included a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the items—taken directly from the floor—would be delivered today.
However, no one showed up, and more importantly, I received no communication advising me of any delay or change in the delivery schedule. I waited all day based on your team’s assurance, and this has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
This lack of follow-through and failure to communicate is unacceptable. I would like a clear explanation for the delay and confirmation of a new, guaranteed delivery date and time—as soon as possible.
Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly.
