I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made today at 10:00 AM, which included a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the items—taken directly from the floor—would be delivered today. However, no one showed up, and more importantly, I received no communication advising me of any delay or change in the delivery schedule. I waited all day based on your team’s assurance, and this has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. This lack of follow-through and failure to communicate is unacceptable. I would like a clear explanation for the delay and confirmation of a new, guaranteed delivery date and time—as soon as possible. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly.
Good day team please be advised that so angry with Vodacom 4U store at west gate mall due to on the 14th of December I submitted my tablet for repairs. Then I got a call from one of the guys at the mall saying I can come and collect my tablet but it was not fixed and I was Told at the store that they don’t have parts that was on the 26th when they called me. So what is the point of paying for something then they don’t have parts but the debit order goes every month. And fuel is expensive this days
I don’t really get this I called 2 weeks back for a new line for my wife for Mother’s Day. Until today am told the is a problem with a credit vetting the call has been escalated for 2 weeks now and am in the escalation department we deal with the netter right there. So please Vodacom get back to me with the right answer

Goo day Monday i took my car to the LD company to replace my fuel Pump and Radiator,Central locking . The company did the quote and submitted everything and they approved only for the fuel pump cause they said it is the most expansive on the rest i need to fix for myself cause is not covered by the policy.
