Fairprice rude, uncompromising and unhelpful employee

Treatment of one of the cashier's was rude and very arrogant as he seemed confident that the help he had given was enough after making my elderly father submit required documents for a refund and still not refund him. He was rude from on set and impatient with my elderly father he did not communicate with him about the refund either. He asked for a card number which I believe is ******* and could result to *****.
