I went into the South Gate branch to purchase a wardrobe, firstly, it took the store assistant 30 minutes to get a carpenter to assemble the wardrobe. Upon assembling it he realised that there were no draw boards and brought it to the managers attention the same day (26th August 2025). I received no feedback until I went into the store again on Saturday and the store manager advised me that the boards are there but still needs to be sprayed white, however the guy who needs to assemble it is currently in Limpopo, I understood and was then advised the carpenter would come on Monday, Monday came and went and I received no update, I then received a call around 10am yesterday saying that the boards and the carpenter is at the store and will arrive shortly, which never happened. We then proceeded to move the cupboard due to some tiling work that needed to be done and the whole cupboard fell apart, even the new carpenter they sent said the cupboard cannot be fixed and a new one needs to be given.
Two days later and I still have not received a cupboard or a refund, all that’s happening is a back and forth between myself and the store.
Very poor customer service provided. Would highly not recommend this store!
