They dont derseve a star raiting and more their consultants rude super rude, its just another stats of our comments at hello peter nothing will be done on this. Pallanyani Consultant Super Rude, does nor care if you take back the item or not, which now we stuck with a coach which they made a flop from the day it was purchased, so we good Fair Price Keep On the Rude ways of not placing everythinh for client on time, we dont want sales you need our mkney to make sales. The day they learn how life is like outside without a job they will regret the day they mistreat clients when they made fault. I will not even recomend cliets to Palanyani for any help, even the store it self i wont recommend for anything to be bought at. I must say very poor service honestly My granny bought a chest drawer, they never had it in store so we had to fetch it at the warehouse, upon arrival when collecting the things are falling off from the item, so my gran returned the item to the store now she has to pay again for transport, when getting there they tell her she will get her money next month. What poor service honestly. The managers name is JOE.

Horrible service!!! I made a purchase of chest of drawers on the 2025/08/21 which has still not been assembled till date. I have been calling their offices for the last 10 days for feedback every single time I get no resolution. I spoke to a manager on 2025/09/04 to express my dissatisfaction and advised that I'd like the item to be returned and be refunded I was advised that the refund will take up to 48 hours to reflect in my bank account. I am lost for words with the pathetic service I have received.

Horrible service!!! I made a purchase of chest of drawers on the 2025/08/21 which has still not been assembled till date. I went into the South Gate branch to purchase a wardrobe, firstly, it took the store assistant 30 minutes to get a carpenter to assemble the wardrobe. Upon assembling it he realised that there were no draw boards and brought it to the managers attention the same day (26th August 2025). I received no feedback until I went into the store again on Saturday and the store manager advised me that the boards are there but still needs to be sprayed white, however the guy who needs to assemble it is currently in Limpopo, I understood and was then advised the carpenter would come on Monday, Monday came and went and I received no update, I then received a call around 10am yesterday saying that the boards and the carpenter is at the store and will arrive shortly, which never happened. We then proceeded to move the cupboard due to some tiling work that needed to be done and the whole cupboard fell apart, even the new carpenter they sent said the cupboard cannot be fixed and a new one needs to be given. Two days later and I still have not received a cupboard or a refund, all that’s happening is a back and forth between myself and the store. Very poor customer service provided. Would highly not recommend this store!

I am extremely disappointed in the Southgate branch . I purchased a couch on 21 Dec 2024 . I was told delivery would take place the following week . but even so I had to follow up on the delivery . None the less the couch was delivered on 23 Dec 2024 the delivery guys did not unwrap the couches nor did they inspect if everything was okay with the couches . When I unwrapped the couches myself I noticed that there was only 2 cushions instead of 3 . I did not care much of the cushions , however around the 26 Dec 2024 when sitting on the couch I noticed that the plank was broken . On 30 Dec 2024 we went to the store and reported it . The sales lady Jamie assisted and gave us an email address for head office . We then sent the email early Jan 2025 with no responses only after our 6th email requesting for a call from the branch manager . They called and still did not resolve our query . Bare in mind my slip says 6 months warranty and we reported the broken plank within 7 days of having the couch not a month later ! On 8 Feb 2025 we went to see the unprofessional branch Manager Joe who even admitted that they sell cheap stuff ! they then promised to do an exchange the following week . the past Saturday after numerous of phone calls the driver came around 12:55pm to pick up the couches and never returned with the exchanged one ! The driver called around 14:00pm and said they will deliver the exchange on Monday . I am fed up with you guys ! As a customer i did my part and kept on giving you guys chances . NO MORE! I DO NOT WANT THE EXCHANGE AS YOU HAVE THE COUCH WITH YOU . I WANT A FULL REFUND !

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm receiving. I made a purchase on Saturday 1st of February. I paid cash and I was told I will receive my items within the week. Before I left I was told they'll communicate to let me know to let me know how far the process is and so on. I only got a call once after sending an email, communicating that they still waiting for stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Saturday the 8th, my husband called to speak to the sales person Lorenzo that assisted us, he said he'll check and call us back we waited for a phone call which never came. We had to go to the store to find out what's going on, just to find out they still waiting for stock from the one warehouse. When we said okay it's fine we'll cancel the order then all of the sudden they remembered they can order from another warehouse. Why didn't they do that long before the time. Why was it necessary for us to rind them to do their job. I'm very disappointed because we were patient and understating but the lack of communication and the fact that the sales person is so nonchalant about helping us is very frustrating.

**** artists. Will never purchase from Fair price ever again. I selected my product in store, completed the forms for lay-by. Paid the deposit, & then they tell me, I am only putting a lay-by on the price of the item, & not the item itself. What nonsense. Now they dont have the item in stock, so I must take another item, for the same price. To hell with you fair price. No responses to calls or emails

Im extremely frustrated with my recent purchase of a defy machine which failed to work properly since the moment i received it, This is completely unacceptable for a brand of your reputation. i have followed all the setup instructions ,yet the machine remains non -functional, I expect immediate action to rectify this situation , I require a full refund ,i will be bringing back the item back to the store by this weekend .
