On Monday 27 April I was at the store and was assisted by Lorenzo,I asked if the order can be delivered same day then he said no ,I advised that I will I would be working the next day ,he then said the delivery would be done on Friday 01 May ,the courier guy called me Wednesday 5:38 pm to deliver the parcel,I was on my way from work ,shocked as I was they asked for delivery fee ,I sent them cash send ....they then said they couldn't assemble the package because they have a lot of deliveries and they would some other time I questioned this especially because they wanted they delivery money This is such an inconvenience because now I can't go anywhere because I don't know when these guys will be coming back and if they will even be coming back I'm truly unhappy about the service because I feel I paid for the goods now the business is not following through The process doesn't make sense and is such a big inconvenience to me as a customer I really want to continue to supporting this business but I'm truly unsatisfied
In April I applied for a new sim only contract On the 28April2021 I received my order and to my surprise I received 2simcards The one sim was fraudulently given to me because I only applied for one sim only Not only did the Agent lie on the call about the benefits he gave me another sim that I did not agree on while the sales agent is getting paid for a fraudulent sale I am being Billed for something I did not apply for and it is affecting my credit score badly I was already prorated nd billed for this and all I want is for the one contract to be cancelled ryt now Kindly please stop billing me for something I did not agree to and can someone take responsibility for this
This driver (Magezi) over charged me ,the trip was intially a card payment ,the driver got to the pick up point told me that he does not have money for petrol so can i switch to cash payment I asked the driver what is going to happen because he had already started the trip before i even got to the car he said he will cancel the trip and we will start the trip again I gave him the cash and when i checked my bank app when i arrived to my destination the money was deducted from my bank The date was 13-07-2020 Time 18:13 - 18:23 I did report this with Bolt ratings
I had a really bad service at Ackermans in Diepkloof square I was being assisted by a guy called kgomotso He was impatient and seemed irritated It was not a friendly interaction I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to the store after how I was treated This young man simply got angry because I told him that I was using 2 cards for my payment at the tills I feel that he needs to know that all customers are important and he needs to respect all of his customers If he is unhappy about his job then he needs to do something about it and stop taking it out on the customers
I am a residence at Lehele street in Protea Glen ext 11 Soweto We haven't had electricity in 3 weeks and there is no valid explanation We have tried to communicate with the randfontein branch but our cries fall into deaf ears Only 2 houses in the whole street has electricity and we dont understand how that works Nobody has cared to explain or help us This is really bad Percy one of the management at Randfontein (eskom) is now even avoiding us
