Horrible service!!! I made a purchase of chest of drawers on the 2025/08/21 which has still not been assembled till date. I have been calling their offices for the last 10 days for feedback every single time I get no resolution. I spoke to a manager on 2025/09/04 to express my dissatisfaction and advised that I'd like the item to be returned and be refunded I was advised that the refund will take up to 48 hours to reflect in my bank account. I am lost for words with the pathetic service I have received.
I'm having the worst experience with Rain 5G, I made a payment on the 19/04/2025 for my monthly subscription for a amount of R625. 00 on snapscan however the payment hasn't reflecting and I am now disconnected. I have called the call center and also have more than 1 escalation with reference #32924834 - askrain support - #0842022048 but no one has contacted me. I am really disappointed with the pathetic service I am constantly speaking to a AI
I have had enough of the bad service I am getting from Nimble. On the 2022/12/08 I spoke to Nadia who advised me that if I pay R2000 towards my account I would get a R2000 incentive from nimble. I also recieved an sms and email confirming the same however this has not been done based on my conversation I had with Nadia. Two payments of R2000 was deducted from my account and only R2000 incentive was paid for January but not February. I then called last week to enquire why no changes were made I was promised a call back and till today nothing!!! This is the sms I received with the campaign It takes 1 to GET 1. You last paid on 2022-08-20, Pay your Capitec acc & get an additional payment up to R2000 from us in Dec to Feb. Call NBA 087 286 0223 T&Cs And the email I received Boost Your Credit! FOR EFT OR CASH DEPOSIT AT THE BANK This is poor and unprofessional service not to mention you are conning your clients
I am truly unhappy with the service I am getting from nimble group, i have sent 2 emails one on the 2023/01/03 and on the 2023/01/05 no one even responds to my emails. I have recieved and sms on the 2022/12/08 stating "It takes 1 to GET 1. You last paid on 2022-08-20, Pay your Capitec acc & get an additional payment up to R2000 from us in Dec to Feb. Call NBA 087 286 0223 T&Cs" I than got a call from a consultant Nadia confirming the same my 1st payment went off on the 2022/12/15 for R2000 and my balance only dropped by this amount no other R2000 was paid by nimble which is daylight robbery. I also paid up my edgars account on the 2022/12/31 based on the watsapp group settlements options but nimble states I still owe R4.21 seriously. My account need to be rectified with 24hrs or I will take it further. I also haven't received my Cell c paid up letter or Edgars paid up letter stop sleeping on the job when I owed you money nimble was quick to call me.
Miscommunication from Agent at debt busters (Amien Augutus). I was advised that my consumer would be paid when I make my third payment but when I called today I was advised that my consumer would only be paid in September which will be my 6th payment. Unhappy Client
