Fair Price Southgate

I have been waiting for an order of bar stools for a month now. The level of service received at the store is appalling, No follow up done by the salesman. He kept on making empty promises that he has ordered the chairs and they will be delivered I don't know when. I went to the store to request for a refund since they could not deliver as promised by the salesman then the store manager said the refund is not possible. I tried calling the Call Centre (087 740 2101) to Lodge a complaint but couldn't get through. I'm totally disappointed at the level of service at Fair price.
