The after sales service is very bad. Especially I feel I paid cash. How ever they say there is no stock but if I produce my ID stock will be available that makes no sense.
Poor miss communication on my claim the one consultant explained the process at the end when the claim is suppose to be wrapped up the other consultant then says something else leaving me in a very unfavorable position.
Very poor customer service the consultant brushed off what I was explaining. Regards Sir Snell
