Stay Away From Faire L'amor Bridal

Unfortunately I have to write this to warn others about this business (https://www.facebook.com/toitdesigns/).

We are struggling to get our purchased products or a refund (whichever is easiest for this business). My wife and I decided to get married before our set date and got married in September 2018. I understand that the bride's maids dresses wouldn't be ready and we notified them that we had already got married, we never stated for them to cancel the order.

However, doing that they (Faire L'amor Bridal) assumed two things: 1. We didn't want the bridesmaid dresses anymore because we were married. 2. We didn't want our money back since they didn't make the dresses or start making them at all.

As mentioned, one of the above would be sufficient but after months of fighting for either of the above and countless messages and contacts to this business we are still waiting for them to produce either. The last time we contacted them they agreed to get us a refund and asked for banking details, that was a month ago and their excuse was the account's lady was on maternity leave as well as "they are trying to get the money back from the suppliers". Do not go with this business because of their after sales support. We have paid for the dresses in full as per YOUR REQUEST and nothing has come of it.
