It is deeply disheartening how they take so long to give you, your own money back to you. They have serious problems when it comes to giving you funds. Claim 10-15 days and then exceeding that is 1. False adverti*****t and ******* 2. Just plain unprofessional. I can’t make live or eat now because you decide to me my money when you want to, just unprofessional

I am extremely disappointed with the way my situation has been handled by Fairheads. I have been waiting for funds that I urgently need just to survive, and despite repeatedly checking my account, there has still been nothing paid in. I have gone without food for five days and have been trying to survive on water alone. I nearly passed out from weakness while walking to the ATM because I am starving. This situation has become so serious that I feel I may soon require medical attention if nothing changes. What makes this even worse is that my aunt needs to take medication but cannot do so properly without eating first. Delays like this are putting people’s health at risk. I am also missing out on school work because I do not have access to my phone, and I urgently need winter clothes as the weather is getting colder. It feels like there is no urgency or understanding from the people responsible for handling these matters. I find this treatment unacceptable and deeply unfair. I hope this matter is resolved immediately before the situation becomes even more serious.
