They delay calls so that your airtime finishes. I called 5 times in one hour and used R100 airtime; agents are rude. They do not help and payments are irregular

I would like to thank a lady called Rene Henry from Fairheads benefit for a very wonderful call and assisting me with my inquiry she handled it very well. They are lucky to have her in their department

Again i wrote a letter for assistance as my daughter was going to camp ,i wrote it 3 weeks back as i knew she will nees it on the 2nd of Feb then BOOM on the 31st was told to submit a letter from school of which no one told to do when i was using my own airtime calling them .I had to borrow money for my daughter to go and mind you she is doing matric this year im so ****ed with this company !!!!!

This company is not fit to handle trusts .I've sent a stationery list for my child 2026 academic year in December .an employee called Nobuntu rep**** and promised to attend to my email as soon as she resumed to work on the 7th of January .I sent numerous follow up emails after that and still no response.on the day that payments were supposed to be made they sent a text while I was at work and claimed to have tried to contact me but I work very close to my landlines at work it never rang I even asked the caller if she could confirm my work number and she did.conviniently for them they only made contact on the day that payment was supposed to be made and told me it's too late for them to pay anything for January because I only sent a list not a quote.so my child has to go to school without because there needs to be a quote which will be ignored again until February. I haven't received R1 from this trust for January my child has to suffer.again I asked for last year statement I hv not received it to date.The service from this company is not doing justice for the people it's meant to serve.to think that I have to deal with this nightmare of a company until my child turns 18 .

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I submitted all required documentation to withdraw funds from my trust account on 13 October 2025, and despite numerous follow-ups, the matter is still unresolved. Communication has been almost non-existent. I received no confirmation after submitting my documents and only found out about an administrative error when I contacted them a week later. Even after resubmitting everything, I was assured payment would be finalised by end of December 2025 — yet nothing happened. For months now, I have had to call repeatedly for updates. Every time, I am told the matter will be “escalated,” but no one ever calls back, and no clear explanation is provided. Most recently, I was informed — again only because I followed up — that the funds will only be available at the end of February 2026, which was never communicated before. The lack of accountability, ongoing delays, and poor communication are unacceptable, especially when dealing with trust funds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, as their service has been unreliable and unprofessional.

I submitted a request in December to purchase a phone through the Trust. Despite providing all required documentation, including a quotation and an affidavit, the request has still not been finalised. After waiting for weeks, I was recently told to wait another 10 to 15 working days, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of urgency and poor communication is extremely frustrating. The phone I am currently using is old and outdated and urgently needs replacement. These ongoing delays are negatively affecting my ability to function effectively, yet my request continues to be treated without any priority. I have fully comp**** with every requirement, but I am still waiting with no clear explanation or confirmed timeline. This level of service is unacceptable.

Fairheads Benefit Fund is fully aware that I am unemployed, yet they made me wait over 3 weeks without food or electricity. I am still sitting with no electricity, and at this point I only have one day of electricity left. This situation is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of urgency and compassion. To make matters worse, I was recently ****med while trying to buy an iPhone, which left me with no money at all. As a result, I spent the entire festive season struggling, doing absolutely nothing while everyone else was able to enjoy time with their families. When someone is unemployed and clearly vulnerable, delays like this have serious consequences. I expected far better support and communication from Fairheads Benefit Fund.
